Where do you make your treats?

Our treats are designed, made, and packaged in the USA. Always.

In fact, even the packaging is made in the USA!

We do source one ingredient from abroad: our lamb is 100% New Zealand and Australian lamb. We believe our pups should get the same highest-quality lamb that we would feed ourselves.

What makes Chompagne different from other dog treat brands?

Chompagne is a premium dog brand dedicated to securing "the best life for our best friends." 

For us, giving our dogs "the best life" has two meanings. The first is a promise: our treats will never pack in corn, soy, syrups: nothing we wouldn’t feed our own dogs. 

Giving our dogs "the best life" also means innovating and elevating every single treat to meet the expectations of our sophisticated and health-savvy customers.

Each one of our treats contains something "extra": probiotics for digestion, glucosamine for joint support, or premium proteins like lamb and venison for even the pickiest pups.

Is your dog food suitable for dogs with allergies or sensitivities?

We're glad you asked. Our dogs are picky and have allergies, so we aim to cater to pets like them. You may especially enjoy our lamb "Barkfast Waffle" jerky treats. Since they are made with lamb, a novel protein (i.e., not chicken or beef, which are the source of many pet allergies).

Do you use natural or organic ingredients?

We do!

  • Our probiotic treats (Hair of le Dog) are organic and all-natural.
  • Our aller-immune chews (Aller-Zen are made with natural ingredients).
  • Our Barkfast Waffle (lamb jerky treat) is made with all-natural ingredients.

Feeding

How much should I feed my dog per day?

Please refer to the feeding guidelines on each product and product page. Our chews often have specific doses of active ingredients that depend on your dog's weight.

How long does it take for your supplements to work?

We recommend feeding half the recommended amount on the feeding guidelines (which are on the back of each product) for the first few days, to start. Feed consistently for at least 2 weeks to gauge results.

Shipping and Return

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states and territories for one convenient shipping price.

How fast do you ship?

We are dedicated to shipping your order the very next business day. We offer economy shipping at the lowest rates we can find.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is ready.

Can I track my order after it’s shipped?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is ready, often the next business day.

What if my dog doesn't like the treat?

Every dog is different. Our founders also have dogs that turn their snouts up at certain flavors, so we get it.

If your order was less than $20, we'd like to save the planet and reduce the amount of items shipped back and forth. Please keep the order and consider donating it to a doggy neighbor or your local dog shelter.

  • Just send us an email requesting a refund and including your order number.
  • We will refund your order amount minus the initial shipping cost.

If your order is over $20: Unfortunately, we are a small business and need to recoup large inventory costs and you will have to mail back the unused goods to get a refund.

  • Please send us an email with your order number.
  • We will send you a shipping label so you can return the unused portion.
  • We will issue you a refund for your order amount minus the cost of return shipping.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We want to make it right. Just send us an email to show us some pictures of what went wrong and include your order number.
