Our Team

Brittney Xu - Co-founder and CEO

With a background as a litigation attorney, Brittney built her career understanding complex commercial enterprises, negotiating with stakeholders, and aligning business strategy with legal and regulatory requirements.

Her motivation to enter the pet industry was personal: her three Shih-Tzus all have allergies to mainstream proteins and strong preferences against many alternatives, making it nearly impossible to find compatible treats.

Determined to change that, Brittney co-founded Chompagne, a premium dog treat brand focused on quality and innovation, and tasty treats that dogs will actually eat.

Before Chompagne, Brittney began her pivot into consumer goods with executive leadership in an AI-powered luxury authentication app, where she streamlined supplier pipelines, managed product acquisition, and advised on technology and compliance. These experiences gave her a unique foundation for scaling operations and navigating compliance in highly regulated industries.

As CEO, Brittney now leverages her expertise in strategy, planning, and cross-functional leadership to drive product development, brand growth, and market expansion. She ensures that Chompagne not only delights customers but also operates with the resilience and foresight needed to succeed in a competitive consumer market.

Andrew Sardis - Co-Founder and Chief Sales Officer

Andrew brings both personal passion and proven business expertise to the pet industry. Over the past nine years, he has not only helped launch but successfully scaled 13 SKUs of dog products—including Fetch Fries (3 flavors and 3 sizes), Hambarker, Canine Combo, Doggy Meal Deal, and a signature dog toy.

These products have been sold through leading retailers like Chewy, Amazon, and Petco, and were previously placed in Bed Bath & Beyond. Collectively, Andrew has driven sales of more than 200,000 units, backed by over 1,100 verified reviews on Amazon and 240+ reviews on Chewy.

Andrew’s mission is deeply personal: honoring the memory of his dog James, who was lost to cancer. In his name, Andrew has raised funds for the Morris Animal Foundation to advance canine cancer research and continues to donate a portion of profits to rescues nationwide.

He holds a degree in Exercise Science with a President’s Award for Academic Success, along with a minor in Business Management from the University of Miami.
